This product gives a huge muscle pump, it seems to work very well for strength and effort as well. So I would say that indeed it may affect your muscle building.

I’m not exaggerating but, the pump is insane!!! it feels very good using it as a pre-workout supplement. I feel strong and could lift an elephant ! (45 minutes before and then before going to bed on recovery days according to the package)...

According to some research, BCAAs taken 4h after the workout could help to enhance the efficiency of the product. It seems to enhance creatine’s effect too.

Side effects : I feel very hot/warm the day after the use and my urine has a greenish hue which is normal due to it rosemary base composition I guess? For the warmth... I don’t know... maybe it’s how the inhibition works??
